Installation support
25 years of manufacturing and installing wood floors

Our experience is not limited to manufacturing. We have successfully installed thousands of square metres of wooden floors. Our vast experience is founded on mastering key installation techniques that enable us to manufacture bespoke floors. We aim to meet any design requirements and construction-site challenges. We provide full assistance during the installation also by way of advice and interaction with all the professionals on the building site.

Our highly specialised fitters can take care of the installation, or provide assistance and instructions to the contractors in charge.  
Thanks to our trusted shipping partners, we safely deliver our products across the five continents. All packaging is done in-house for international shipping.
All our floors meet the highest technical requirements and can be fitted over any existing sub-floor, using different installation methods. Lemma Floors can be installed over water or electric underfloor heating systems. Thanks to our treatments and finishes, our floors are suitable for use in kitchens and bathrooms or high footfall areas such as hotel lobbies and public spaces.

Conservation and Restoration
of antique wood floors

We are among the very few professionals qualified to carry out antique wood floors restoration using antique and reclaimed wood. 
Our mastery of ancient construction techniques and project delivery capability enable us to accurately reproduce historic floors or replace missing elements and apply antiqued finishes. Thanks to a lengthy manual treatment coupled with natural pigments coloration, we can successfully achieve exact visual matches.
We also undertake deep-cleaning and sanitising jobs, as well as soft-sanding and manual polishing of historic floors, aiming to preserve the original patina of time.
Our restoration techniques may be successfully applied also to wear and tear or accidental damage of modern floors.
